The Project Management Services team has vast experience in coordinating and managing upstream and downstream oil and gas (and other enterprises) development projects which include design of production, drilling and pipeline facilities, conceptual and feasibility engineering projects, and also engineering management of EPCC local and overseas projects.

The Project Management Services team’s main responsibilities are to coordinate the projects undertaken by the company, ensure that the project is scheduled and run in an optimum way, provide quality work to clients/customers and improve the profitability of the company.

Overall administration and welfare of the Project Management unit are to oversee general project execution; Ensure compliance to the standard procedure; General liaison with Clients; oversee support to other disciplines for company administrative requirement; Oversee support to company bidding.

The project Management unit ensures the use of comprehensive, multi-project planning and control software that have to use flexibility both as stand-alone and can be used with other products, for example, to consolidate decentralized project plans for ongoing cross projects analysis insight.

Rich analysis and reporting capabilities are complemented by an extensive project website and companion products for making visible any progress made on projects.
